Montague's from Iowa

Searching husband's family tree. Grandmother was born in Lowder?, Iowa but think that Lourdes, Iowa is correct. John T. Montague was father's name. Mother's name unknown. Rumor in family that she lost her mind after birth of last child. Lived in aslyum for rest of her life?? Not much luck on finding any Montagues with right family members. Any and all help very much appreciated.
