John Blaser, of New Oregon passed away Monday morning and the funeral was held on Wednesday at the home, Rev. Pless officiating, with interment in New Oregon cemetery. Obituary next week.

BLASER.
John Ulric Blaser was born May 25, 1845, in Canton Berne, Switzerland, In 1881 he was married to Marie Luthy, who preceded him in death about 12 years ago, and to them three sons and four daughters were born. In 1884 he immigrated to this country and about three years ago be made a trip to his native country and had the satisfaction of seeing his aged brothers and sisters once more.
Last summer be had an operation which left him very weak and suffering much the last six weeks of his life. He passed away Monday, Jan. 4. 1915. The funeral was held at the home Jan. 6, conducted by Rev. Pless, with interment in the New Oregon cemetery.
