Webster.
Cyrus H. Webster, son of Julius and Eliza J. Webster, was born in La Porte county, Indiana, February 1st, 1846, and came with his parents to Howard county, Iowa, in 1857, since which time Howard county has been his home.
He was married to Adeline Minchk at Cresco, October 14th, 1896. Three children were born to this union: Julius Ernest, born January 11th, 1898; Calvin Ross, born January 7th, 1902, and Henry Asaph, born November 22, 1906.
Mr. Webster died at his home near Cresco April 18th, 1913, leaving surviving him the widow and three children above named; his mother, now in her 90th year; Ruth, a daughter by a former marriage, now liv{i}ng in Minneapolis, and one sister, Mrs. H. T. Reed, of Cresco.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the home, Rev. John Gammons officiating. Burial was at New Oregon cemetery.
