Ole Strom was taken ill last Saturday while at work in the Amundson tailor shop with an attack of pleurisy and pneumonia. He was taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon and passed away late Monday afternoon. The funeral takes place tomorrow.

Ole M. Strom was born in Trondhjem, Norway, in 1864, and passed away at Mercy Hospital in Cresco on Tuesday, January 6, 1913, from an attack of pneumonia.
He came to this country about 20 years ago, and has all the time since been in the employ of D. Amundson as tailor. He leaves a wife in the old country to mourn his loss.
The funeral was conducted by Rev. L. Larsen from the First Lutheran Church, where a large number of friends and acquaintances had gathered to pay their last respects to his memory. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
