OBITUARY.
Ellen H. Hanson was born at Christtiana, Norway, August 7 1834. She came to America with her parents, three brothers and three sisters, in 1846. They lived in Rockford, Ill., for several years, later they moved to Lawrence, Michigan. She was married in Paw Paw, Michigan on the 18th of January, 1855, to Otis A. Adams. Soon after their marriage they moved to Osage, Iowa, where a daughter Agnes was born in 1857. She died in 1861. In the year 1858, they moved to Vernon Springs, Iowa, where a son Charles was born. From Vernon Springs they moved to New Oregon.
Mr. Adams enlisted in Co. I. of the 38th Regiment of Iowa Volunteers. He died at New Orleans in 1863.
She united with the Baptist Church in 1860, and lived a useful Christian life. She was married to L. J. Fuller in 1865.
After a long illness she passed away very peacefully Tuesday morning Dec. 31st 1912.
She is survived by her husband, son Charles Adams of Minneapolis, Mrs. Willard Fuller of Morgan Hill, Cal. Mrs. B. S. Turner of Kensett, Iowa, Roy Fuller of Mason City, Grace Fuller of this city, four grand children and one great grand child.
