Pioneers Passing Away.
The Cresco P.-D. reports the death of two pioneers in Howard Co. Stephen Radford came to the county in 1855 and lived most of the time on a farm near Chester. Since 1894 his home has been in Riceville. He died on the 12th inst, a little past 72 years of age.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Riverside Cemetery and was born December, 1829.
