Thomas A. Connery Dead.
Thomas A. Connery, who for the past 30 years resided in or at Elma, and five years ago moved to Garber, Oklahoma territory, where he has been one of the most successful business men of that vicinity and made a wide circle of friends, was siezed with a severe attack of typhoid fever and died October 14, 1905, aged 53 years. He was surrounded by Rev. Father Hall of Enid, Ok. T., and all the members of his family except Mrs. G. Owens of Ipswich, S. D. Many Iowa people attended the funeral. His daughter. Sister M. DeChantal of Marshalltown and niece, Sister M. DeSales of Burlington, Messrs Boyle, Curran and Cummings of Elma. His wife and children still survive him.
