Mrs. August Weinkauf passed away yesterday morning at her home in Albion township after a long illness. The funeral will be held tomorrow and interment will be in the Granger cemetery. We will publish an obituary of deceased in a latter issue.

OBITUARY.
WEINKAUF:
Carolina Grunewald was born in Germany April 24, 1843, and died March 26, 1905, at her home in Albion, Howard County, Iowa, aged 61 years 11 months and 2 days.
She was married to Aug. Weinkauf on August 10, 1874, in Howard County, Iowa. There were six children born to them, four daughters and two sons; Ida died in infancy and Martha died three years ago. The remaining children, Albert, Anna, Minnie and Herman with the husband of the deceased survive and were all at her bedside when she died with her folded hands.
She was a devoted wife and a dear and loving mother. She leaves a husband, two sons, two daughters, one sister in Germany, a sister and brotber in Wisconsin and two sisters in Howard county to mourn her death.
She heard the voices of loved ones
Who had passed o’er that river before,
Calling to her to join them there
On that lovely eternal shore.
