Baby Hung on Fence.
The three year old daughter of John Dowd and wife of Lourdes was choked to death by hanging from a picket fence last Thursday. The child had climbed to the top of the fence intending to jump over and as she jumped the hem of her dress caught on one of the pickets.—Elma New Era
