Mrs. A. L. Reynolds passed away shortly after noon Sunday, after months of intense suffering. The funeral will be held this afternoon from the house at 3 p. m.

Ida Belle Field, youngest daughter of J. M. and S. A. Fields, was born in Vernon Springe, Howard county, Iowa, November 27th, 1862. She grew to womanhood at the family home, loved by all for her grand lovable disposition. She completed her education in the Cresco high school, for several years she taught in the public schools of Howard county, a successful and well beloved teacher. She was united in marriage with Arthur L. Reynolds, of Howard county, Iowa, March 28th, 1883. Five children were born to them, Ray F., Edith C., Blanche S., Hazel L., and Glenn L. who with her husband survive her. She united with the M. E. church in Paris, Howard county, Iowa, in the year 1891, and was a sincere christian and faithful worker for the great cause. She was a charter member of the Elma Lodge of Rathbone Sisters, where she has many true friends. She suffered through many months during her last illness with great patience bravely to the end, July 26th, 1903.
Funeral services were conducted at the home Tuesday by Rev. Hall assisted by Rev. Gammons.—Howard Co. Times.
