OBITUARY.
Mrs. Lettie Wheeler, wife of O. D. Wheeler, of this city died at her home last Thursday afternoon after an illness of five days, aged 28 years and 29 days.
Deceased was born at Vernon Springs, Iowa, May 13, 1875, and was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira C. Wheeler, now residence{sic} of Cresco, that state. December 10, 1892, she was united in marriage to Oran D. Wheeler in the town where she was born, and they moved to Boscobel in the spring of 1901. Mr. Wheeler is a shoemaker by profession and is well known to the people of two counties. Mr. Wheeler is left with one girl six years old, one boy fourteen months old, whose tender age will feel the loss of a kind and devoted mother. Besides her own household Mrs. Wheeler leaves an aged father, mother and three brothers all of whom live at Cresco, Iowa. Funeral services were held at the M. E. church Saturday afternoon, and the remains laid to rest in the city cemetery. Mrs. Wheeler died from palpitation of the heart. –Boscobel Paper.
