Services held for Nathanial Malli

Funeral services for Nathanial Malli were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, at the Assumption Worship Center with interment in Calvary Cemetery, both in Cresco. The Rev. Henry W. Charipar officiated. Pallbearers were: Tom LaBeff, Matt Munkel, Justin Johnson, Nick Munkel, Joshua Malli, and Derrick Chapman. Honorary pallbearers were his sisters: Amy, Amanda, Emily, and MaryEllen Malli. Conway Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Nathanial Allan Malli was born September 24, 1980 in Iowa City. His parents are David and Kathy Malli and Andrea and David Sauceda. As a boy, he attended Fillmore Central School in Harmony, MN and due to the fact that the parents traveled alot in the service, he graduated from Arundel High School in Gambrills, MD. Following graduation from high school, he attended Ann Arundel Community College.
In September of 1999 he married Meghan Sheperd in Annapolis, MD.
Nathanial entered the United States Air Force in January of 2000 and following boot camp, was stationed at Eielson AFB in Fairbanks, AK.
He is survived by his wife Meghan of Crofton, MD; one daughter: Mackenzie Rylee of Crofton, MD; his parents: David and Kathy Malli of Granger, MN and Andrea and David Sauceda of Lewes, DE; his grandparents: Roger and Monica Malli of Cresco and Joseph and Janet Eisenhauer of Sumner, WA, and Phyllis Segel of Tucson, AZ; one brother: Jesse Scott of Dallas, TX; five sisters: Amy A. Malli of Lewes, DE, Amanda L. Malli of Falls Church, VA, Emily D., MaryEllen M. and Mylissa J Malli, all of Granger, MN; one step brother: David Sauceda II of Austin, TX.
Nathanial was preceded in death by his grandmother: Arlys Ruffridge Malli.
