Jeremiah Bouska and Jason Bouska, both of Cresco; three stepsisters, Ralia Bouska of Jacksonville, N.C., Stephanie Bouska of Sumner and Kristen Earles of Harmony, Minn.; her grandfather, George Melver of Cresco; her grandmother, Agnes McGee of Cresco; and great-grandmother, Lillian Stepan of Cresco; she was preceded in death by two infant sisters, Tina Marie and Megan Mina Hyke; a paternal grandfather, Glenn Hyke; maternal grandmother, Frances Melver; and paternal step-grandfather, Gerald McGee; services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Assumption Worship Center, with burial in Calvary Cemetery, both in Cresco; friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Conway Funeral Home, Cresco, with a 7 p.m. Scripture service, and for an hour before services Friday at the church.Source: Times Plain Dealer; Aug. 8, 2001 Page A-3

Funeral services for Angela Hyke were held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 27 at the Assumption Worship Center with interment in Calvary Cemetery, both at Cresco. Rev. Henry W. Charipar, Rev. Steve Peterson, and Rev. David Schatz officiated. Pall bearers were: Steven McGee, Richard McGee, Jason Bouska, Bob Murphy, Brandon Wright, Lester Hyke, Kirsten Olson, Ken Hyke, Cyndi Wright, Jason Gramlich, and Lon Watros. Conway Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Angela, 25, died Monday, July 9, 2001.
Angela Dynette Hyke was born December 31, 1975 in Cresco. She attended Notre Dame Elementary School and graduated from Crestwood High School in 1994. Angie was raised by her grandparents, Agnes and Gerald McGee.
Angela taught CCD and was involved in the Notre Dame Parish-Assumption Worship Center. She was a creative person who enjoyed doing crafts and gave them as gifts. She liked the outdoors, canoeing, and animals. Angela had a great personality and friendly smile. She kept busy doing more things than she had time to do and somehow still made it look like fun. She was employed as a clerk at a grocery store.
She is survived by her parents: Francis and Audrey Hyke of Cresco and Sharee Melver of Lime Springs; three half-brothers: Joshua Lee Melver of Lime Springs, Daniel Francis Hyke and David Glen Hyke, both of Cresco; one half-sister: Jennifer Lynn Hyke of Cresco; two step-brothers: Jeremiah and Jason Bouska, both of Cresco; three step-sisters: Ralia Bouska of Jacksonville, NC, Stephanie Bouska of Sumner, and Kristen Earles of Harmony, MN; maternal grandfather: George Melver of Cresco; paternal grandmother: Agnes McGee of Cresco; and paternal great-grandmother: Lillian Stepan of Cresco.
Angela was preceded in death by two sisters: Tina Marie Hyke and Megan Mina. Hyke, both in infancy; paternal grandfather: Glenn Hyke; maternal grandmother Frances Melver; and paternal step-grandfather: Gerald McGee.
