R. L. Risdal, aged 53 years, died on Wednesday last and was laid to rest in Oak Lawn cemetery, Friday. The family has been afflicted during the past few months with a great deal of sickness and now the head of the family is removed. He was a good man and they are good people and entitled to the sympathy and friendship of the people.

Transcriber’s Note: Cemetery information indicates his first name was Rasmus and the spelling of the last name was Risdahl.
