Funeral services for Mae Wagner of Ridgeway were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, December 18 at the Aase Haugen Nursing Home in Decorah. Rev. John Moser from Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Protivin officiated. Interment was in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Protivin. Balik Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Mae, 92, died Saturday, December 16, 2000 at the Aase Haugen Nursing Home in Decorah following a short illness.
Mae was preceded in death one sister: Clara Kalec of Decorah; and two brothers: Frank of Spillville and Adolph of Decorah.
Transcriber’s note: Cemetery information shows Mary was known as Mae and that she was born November 4, 1908.
