Carol E. Foote, 57, of Tyler, Texas passed away June 20, 2010.
Mrs. Foote was born January 24, 1953 in Cresco, Iowa to the late Lyle Kenneth and Elaine Marjorie Kapka Blomgren. She lived in Tyler since 1976, was a teacher’s aide for Tyler Independent School District for 13 years, worked for a year and a half for Trinity Mother Frances Hospital and was a member of Grace Community Church.
Mrs. Foote is survived by her husband of 38 years, David L. Foote of Tyler; daughter, Cynthia (Mike) Camp of Tyler; grandson, Elisha Camp of Tyler; and a brother, Jim Blomgren.
Church services are scheduled for Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Grace Community Church with Pastor Danny Loeffelholz officiating. Interment will follow in Tyler Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Jim Lightfoot, Jim Huber, Larry Wilson, Denny Alden, C.L. McGaughey and Charles Sinqufield. Honorary pallbearers will be Burl Reed, Walt Morehouse and Don Crotsenburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas at 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, TX 75701 or Caring Bridge at P.O. Box 131447, Houston, TX 77219.
