John W. Darrah, age 61, of Granger, MN died Thursday, April 30, 2015 at his home in Granger. John was born July 3, 1953 in Cresco, Iowa to Murl and Irene (Munson) Darrah. He graduated from Harmony High School and worked as a farm hand in Fillmore County. Since 1983 he has worked on the Bob Biel farm. He enjoyed hunting, bowling and golf. John is survived by three sisters: Mary Gunhus of Cresco, IA, Linda Newman of Austin, MN and Janice Weber of Story City, IA and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Thomas Darrah and a nephew Tom “Jr” Darrah.

Visitation:
10:30 am on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Granger Methodist Church.

Service:
11:00 am on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Granger Methodist Church.

Cemetery:
burial will be 10 am, Tuesday, May 5 at the Oak Hill Methodist Cemetery, 1/2 mile east of Granger, Minnesota.
