DIED--At his residence in Ganger, Minn., Sunday, March 18, 1888, James Springsteel in the seventieth year of his age:

The deceased was one of the oldest residents of Fillmore Co. He was a man who deservedly made hosts of friends and will be sadly missed in his community.
