Cyril Benson Died In Home West Of Harmony Saturday

Funeral services for Cyril Benson,51, west of Harmony, were held yesterday afternoon in the Harmony Methodist church. Mr. Benson died in his home Saturday after suffering from a heart attack.

The Rev. Clare W. Karslen, pastor, conducted the services, and burial was in the Cresco OakLawn cemetery.

Cyril Benson, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Benson, was born and reared on the farm where he died. He was married to Gertrude Emslie of Cresco in June,1939.

Surviving Mr. Benson are his wife, a son, James, and a daughter, Marian. There are also two brothers, Earl Benson of Cresco, and Merle Benson of Harmony.
