Murder?

We learn that Mr. Edgar Hardin who used to be with Crandall & Thomas, two years ago, was most brutally and wantonly murdered a few days ago at Burr Oak, by a young man who had been engaged through the week about a threshing machine with him. Young Hardin was stabbed with a dirk knife and expired in forty-five minutes. There had been no previous difficulty as we are informed, nor was there any at the time.
