Dorothy Jensen, 53, services held

Memorial services for Dorothy Fountain Jensen, 53, Yakima, Washington, who died Saturday, July 11 at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, were Wednesday , July 15 at 12:00 noon, at Central Lutheran Church in Yakima. Pastor Jim Schoenbok officiated, and cremation remains were buried at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.

Dorothy Ann Fountain was born April 12, 1934 in Howard County, the daughter of Arthur and Irene Burri Fountain. She graduated from Cresco High School in 1951 and St. Mary's School of Nursing in Rochester, MN. On June 17, 1956 she married Gordon Jensen in Cresco. At the time of her death, she was employed by Crescent Convalescent Center, Yakima, WA, as care plan co-ordinator.

Survivors include her husband, Gordon Jensen of Yakima, WA; three daughters, Camille and Anna Lisa Jensen, both of Seattle, WA and Hilary at home; one sister, Arlene McCauley of West Union, IA; one brother, Robert Fountain of Rochester, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Fountain and Irene Fountain Fencl.
