Victor Kakac Rites Held in California

Funeral services for Victor S. Kakac were held in Glen Haven Chapel in Los Angeles, Calif. Eulogy and commital services were preformed by his brother-in-law, Eugene Aberg of Cresco. He died on May 30.

Victor S. Kakac was born on a farm in Howard county on Dec. 30, 1914. In 1936 he was united in marriage to Helen Aberg. They lived in the Cresco vicinity until 1941 when they moved to Sun Valley, Calif., where Mr. Kakac was employed by a construction company. In 1965 he and his wife moved to Palm Springs, Calif., where he was employed in the postal service and lived there until the time of his death.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister and five brothers.

Mr. Kakac is survived by his wife, Helen; one son, Dale; and two sisters.
