Mrs. Bessie Lamper, daughter of Mrs. Nellie Auinger, was born in Jamestown township, Feb. 29, 1892, and died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Myrtle Torney, two and a half miles north of Riceville, Nov. 5, 1918, after a lingering illness of about two years.

She was united in marriage to George Lamper Oct. 21, 1911.

She was patient in all her suffering and with a strong faith in her Saviour looked forward to the time of release from the body of pain.

She leaves to mourn, her mother, one sister and four brothers.

The funeral was held at the home of Mrs. Torney Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. C. W. Hempstead, and burial was made in Riverside cemetery.
