NICHOLS-MITCHELL.
On Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock at the M. E. church, Miss Mae Mitchell was united in marriage to Will W. Nichols.
To the strains of the wedding march played by Fred Mitchell, brother of the bride, the wedding couple with their attendants took their place before the altar where they were united in marriage by their pastor Rev. Benj. W. Soper. The Misses Louise and Virginia Nichols, sisters of the groom, officiated respectively as maid of honor and bridesmaid. Little Aileen Mitchell was the flower girl and Arthur Hicks the groomsman.
The bride was gowned all in white, shadow lace over satin, while the groom wore the conventional black.
Following the ceremony, a four course wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents. The newly married pair left the same day on a wedding trip to the Twin Cities.
The groom is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Nichols and the bride the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Mitchell. Both have been reared and educated in our public schools, graduating from the High School. The bride is also a graduate in music from U. I. U. and was also a teacher in our public schools. The groom is one of our efficient young business men, a partner with his father in the clothing business.
The Plain Dealer joins with a host of friends in congratulations and best wishes.
