Mauch/Likinger Family in Mt. Pleasant

Looking For:

David Mauch who married Christina Likinger.

He came from Germany in 1854. He was born: Dec. 27, 1834 in Wuttenburg, Germany. Settled in Delaware, Ohio then came to Iowa and bought land then came to Mount Pleasant, Iowa and build the house I live in now. Which this year is 100 yrs. old. It's birthday!

I wanted to find more history to put to our home. He was said to have bought 235 acres of land and farmed it. His kids are: George A. Hannah B. Charlie F. Mary, Lydia, John W., Minnie and Willie (they were twins), then Eddie and Carrie. They lost 3 kids names: George, Mary and Willie and possible more died.

Can anyone help me with finding more history on this family please.
