Marion R. Drinkall
DANVILLE-Marion R. Drinkall, 76, died at 9:30 a.m. at his residence in Danville after a long illness.
He was born August 3, 1906, at Yarmouth, to Frank and Mary Alice Hale Drinkall. He married Florence Mix March 19, 1932, at Danville.
Mr. Drinkall was a member and long time deacon of the Danville United Church of Christ, a past president of the Lions Club, and a member of American Rifle Association.
Surviving: the wife; son, Paul F., Danville; daughter, Sylvia Rogers, Aurora, Colo.; two brothers, the Rev. Lowell Drinkall, Hillsboro, Tenn., and Francis Drinkall, Galesburg, Ill.; and two grandsons.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United Church of Christ, the Rev. Clyde Norrgard; Jaggar Cemetery. Memorials for the Danville United Church of Christ and the Lions Sight Conservation Foundation have been established at the Elliot Chapel in New London.
