Funeral Today for Mrs. Sullivan

Mrs. Andy Sullivan passed away Monday evening at 10:00 enroute from her home to Mercy hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Mary Ellen, daughter of Frazine F. Pryor* and Thomas Hennessee** was born at New London, September 17, 1870. She was married at New London, September 1889 to Andrew J. Sullivan and lived on a farm southwest of New London over 50 years, retiring to Cedar Rapids three years ago. Her husband preceded her in death February 13, 1947. Mrs. Sullivan was a member of the Church of Christ in New London

Surving are the following children: LeRoy Sullivan, Mrs. Rosa Sherwood, Mrs. Mildred Corplin, Mrs. Ruth Franks, all of Cedar Rapids; Tom Sullivan, Danville; Mrs. Nina Caster, Salem, Oregon; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; the following sisters: Mrs. Fontanelle Calhoun, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Kate Morrow, Mt. Pleasant; two brothers, M.P. Hennessee**, Lockridge; and LeRoy Hennessee**, Mt. Pleasant.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 at Elliot chapel. Mrs. Bohlen will singaccompanied by Mrs. Frank Tyner. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Rev. F.W. Sutton will officiate. Burial will be at Burge.
