OBITUARY.

William R. Robinson was born in Ross county near Chillicothe, Ohio, on the 14th of October, 1820. In early manhood he came to Iowa, and settled in Henry county near Trenton. Here in 1848, he was married to Miss Elizabeth Ingersoll. They resided in Henry county until 1875, when they moved to Red Oak, Iowa, where they lived twenty seven years. His health having become infirm with age and affliction, they made their home with their daughter in Burlington, Iowa, for two years, and then for one year in Chicago, where he quietly passed to his reward last Tuesday afternoon July the 9th. He leaves an aged wife with whom he walked down through life for 59 years. They were blessed with six children. Two died in infancy, and one, Mrs. Jennie Boggs, in later life. There are three living, Joshua, of Colorado, Frank of Oregon and Mrs. Flora Robinson, of Chicago. There are also ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The aged wife and daughter Flora and husband came from Chicago, Joshua from Colorado and granddaughter Anna Young and husband from Stuart, Iowa and were present at the funeral. Also Mrs. W.C. Hillhouse and F.M. Byrkit of Red Oak, Iowa.

Father Robinson was a life long Presbyterian; true and faithful and abiding. His religion brought him great personal comfort and also the fullest confidence of his fellow men. He rests.
