DIED. - On the 8th inst., at 7 o'clock, P.M., after a long illness, Mr. CHARLES DOBELBOWER, SR, in the 78th year of his age. He came to Iowa in 1844, from Philadelphia, Pa. "And the weary are at rest." {Philadelphia Papers please copy.}
