DIED. - In this city on the 8th inst., MARTHA, wife of Mr. J.S. McGREGOR, of this city.

Mrs. M. had been confined about a week previous to her death, but seemed to be doing well, and expected to be well in a few days; but on Tuesday evening about nine o'clock, while sitting up for a few moments, she suddenly complained of feeling sick, and expired in a few moments. She leaves a husband and three small children to mourn her sudden death.
