James H. Sinn

WAYLAND - James H. Sinn, 55, of Wayland, died at 10:10 p.m. Friday, March 26, 1993, at Washington County Hospital in Washington, Iowa.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Berean Fellowship Church in Washington with the Rev. Fred Brickhart officiating. Burial will be in Green Mound Cemetery west of Trenton. Family visitation is from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland. A memorial has been established to Berean Fellowship Church.

Sinn was born Feb. 22, 1938, in Fairfield, the son of Clarence and Eva Manning Sinn. On Nov. 23, 1958, he married Hazel Barr at Washington. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a truck driver.

surviving are his wife; two sons, Ricki and James Russell, both of Wayland; two daughters, Rebecca Fox of Traer, Robin Reed of Keota; 13 grandchildren; his stepmother, Josephine Sinn of Washington; brother, Edward of Wayland and sister, Jean Eagle of Wayland. His parents, two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
