DIED.

HEALD. - On Sunday morning Jan. 23d of heart disease, Mrs. Mary Heald, wife of Nathan Heald, in the 73d year of her age.

Deceased was born in Derbyshire England, May 24, 1804. She was a quiet, unassuming woman, much respected by all who knew her, and leaves many friends to mourn her death.
