ALBERT D. HODSON

Albert Davis Hodson, 86, Salem, died at 7:35 a.m. Thursday in Burlington hospital where he had been a patient two weeks.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Waterman funeral home with Rev. Ardith Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Creek cemetery.

Hodson was born Sept. 7, 1874, in Salem, the son of the late James and Martha Davis Hodson, and was married in 1898 in Henry County to Bertha Hall, who is dead. In 1950 he was married to Mrs. Florence Garretson.

A retired farmer and beekeeper, Hodson had been a life resident of the Salem community.
