William Dean Boley, 87, of Stockport died at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, 2000, at Parkview Care Center.
The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hillsboro Baptist Church in Hillsboro with the Rev. David Doerr officiating. Burial will be in the Hillsboro Cemetery in Hillsboro.
Family visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Hillsboro Baptist Church.
Mr. Boley was born Jan. 29, 1913, in Van Buren County, the son of John William and Sarah Jane McCracken Boley.
He graduated from Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro. He was a self-employed farmer all of this life in Cedar Township in Van Buren County. A veteran of the United States Army Air Corps, he served in World War Ii.
He also was a member of the Hillsboro American Legion Post.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Ida Bloomquist, Beulah, Norene and Irene Boley; and three brothers, Nicholas, Lewis and Mack Boley.
