Mrs. Richard Scarff Taken In Death

Mrs. Lenora Muriel Scarff, 35, died at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at her home.

She was born August 2, 1929 in Ollie, the daughter of Leon A. and Grace Stull Marshall.

On March 17, 1949 she was married at Farmington to Richard L. Scarff, who survives.

Surviving are two daughters, Nora Grace and Vicky Jo, both at home. Two daughters are deceased.

Also surviving are her mother, Mrs. Paul Abrahamson; two brothers, Melvin Van Marshall of Bloomington, Ind., and Leon Marshall, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant; two sisters, Mrs. Glenn (Cora) Grover of Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. Jack (Sharon) Barber of Salem.

Mrs. Scarff was a member of the First Methodist church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 7 at the First Methodist Church. Dr. Alvin T. Maberry will officiate.

Interment will be in Forest Home Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Weir-Cookes Funeral Home as they desire.
