Friday, 3 April 1931Mrs. McCreary, 63, Dies at Hospital
Mrs. Frances McCreary, 63 years old, passed away at Memorial hospital at three o'clock this morning following an operation which she underwent Tuesday. Mrs. McCreary had been in frail health for several years and the past three months had been bedfast most of the time. Mrs. McCreary had lived in this vicinity all her life and was a member of the Christian church.
She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Ed Roederer. Three brothers and five sisters survive. Three of the sisters live in this vicinity and are Mrs. George Costello, and Mrs. Isaac Turner of this city and Mrs. Pet White of Rome. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock at the First Baptist church.
