Marilyn Lyon

Mrs. Henry (Marilyn) Lyon, 59, 902 W. Henry, Mt. Pleasant, at 6:50 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 1990, at the Mental Health Institute.

She was born July 16, 1930, near Sigourney the daughter of Benjamin and Martha Reynolds. On Feb. 15, 1952, she married Harry W. Lyon, at Burlington.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Mt. Pleasant.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Benjamin and James; one daughter, Jeanette Norris; and two granddaughters, all of Mt. Pleasant; and one brother, Russell Reynolds, Sunnyside, Wash.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 16, from the Weir Funeral Home with the Rev. Curtis DeLong, pastor of the Church of the Nazarene, officiating.

Interment will be held in the Forest Home Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at noon Sunday, April 15, at the Weir Funeral Home where the family will be present from 7-8 p.m.

A memorial has been established to the Church of the Nazarene.
