Wednesday, 6 January 1965Services Held For Laurence Lampe
Funeral services for Laurence Lampe, 68, who died at Memorial hospital Tuesday, December 29, were held at the R. K. Crane Funeral Home Thursday, December 31 at 2 p.m. Rev. Alvin T. Maberry, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiated.
Music was provided by Blanche Thorson, organist, and James Green, soloist.
Bearers were Everett Heltcamp, Harold Jacobs, Ronald Garrels, Glen Lampe, Terry Jacobs and Roger Garrels.
Interment was in Forest Home Cemetery.
Mr. Lampe is survived by his wife, Edith; two sons and two daughters, Lester Lampe of Clarksville, Tenn., Mrs. Frances Cain of Oxford, Larry Lampe and Mrs. Morris (Eleanor) Fitch, both of Mt. Pleasant; ten grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters, Edward Lampe, Herman Lampe, Stacy Lampe, Mrs. George (Agnes) Jacobs, Mrs. John (Rose) Holtcamp, and Mrs. Max (Alma) Jacobs, all of Mt. Pleasant.
