Keith E. Glover, 67, 707 E. Madison, Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, Jan. 1, 1988, at 7:15 p.m. at the Henry County Health Center.
He was born Sept. 13, 1920, at Salem, the son of LaVerne and Ethel Harshbarger Glover. On Aug. 2, 1942, at Kahoka, Mo., he married Doris Haines.
Mr. Glover was a member of the Congregational-Universalist Church, Mt. Pleasant, Mt. Pleasant American Legion and Disabled American Veterans. He served in the Air Corps in World War II. A retired farmer and Realtor, Mr. Glover was a district sales manager for the Woods Company.
Surviving are his wife; three sons, Gene, Salem; Dennis and Gary, both of Keosauqua; one sister, Mrs. Verna Anderson, Mt. Pleasant; eight grandchildren; and three step grandchildren.
His parents and one brother, Rex, preceded him death.
Funeral services will be held at the Congregational-Universalist Church, Mt. Pleasant, Tuesday, Jan. 5, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Charles Tweed will officiate with interment in the Forest Home Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4,at the Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home. Memorials have been established to the dialysis unite at the Henry County Health Center or the Diabetes Association.
