Frank Ensminger

ROME — Frank Ensminger, 75, of Mt. Pleasant Rt. 3, died at 8:15 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1 at the Henry County Health Center, Mt. Pleasant.

He was born Sept. 3, 1907, at Henry County, to Peter and Fannie Roth Ensminger. He married Marie Anderson, July 1, 1940, at Kahoka, Mo.

Mr. Ensminger was a retired farmer and lived in the Rome community all his life. Surviving: his wife; five sons, Donald, Randall and Dennis, all of Mt. Pleasant, Jack, Lockridge, and Wendell, Fairfax; one daughter, Mrs. Nick (Janice) Huston, Westwood; one brother, Homer, Mt. Pee, one sister Mrs. Ina Anderson, Rome; nine grandchildren.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, Beatty Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant, the Rev. Lester Smith; Forest Home Cemetery. Family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or the Rome Baptist Church.
