---------Fred Morrow, son of John Jackson and Susan Alice Morrow, was born in Henry county April 12th, 1882, and departed this life October 5, 1950, age 68 years 4 months and 23 days.
On September 4th 1901 he was united in marriage to Millie Gholson.
He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife and 8 children. Mabel Welch, Rome; Velda Blackstock, Chariton; Ina Combs, Renton, Wash; Earl, Lockridge, Vera Cornwell, Morning Sun; John and Ruth Peterson, Mt. Pleasant; Gertrude Shontz, Gold Hill, Ore. There are 24 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Two grandchildren Garnet Lavon Cornell and William Robert Combs preceded him in death, 3 brothers, Harlan, Monrovia, Calif.; Arthur and Harvey, New London; 2 sisters, Anna Strain, Genoa, Neb.; Gladys Ball, New London; and one foster sister Mary Ball, New London.
He was a cheerful loving husband and father and will be missed greatly by his many relatives and a host of friends.
