Elizabeth Morrow

Mrs. Earl (Elizabeth) Morrow, 86, of Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, Feb. 2, 1996, at the home of her son in Jamestown, N.D.

Born April 24, 1909, in Rome, she was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Dicus Wehrle. On Aug. 26, 1929, in Kahoka, Mo, she married Earl Clifford Morrow. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1991.

She taught for 23 years in the Henry County School system.

Surviving include her son, Fred Morrow, Jamestown, N.D.; two grandchildren; three brothers, Dale Wehrle of Salem, Everett Wehrle of Centerville, and Fred Wehrle of California.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters.

Open visitation will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Beatty Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant, where the family will receive friends from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Beatty Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Plooster officiating. Interment will be in Richwood Cemetery.

A memorial has been established to the Richwood Cemetery.
