Mrs. Craig (Wilma) Wilmeth, 76, 607 N. Jackson, Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, Oct. 11, 1986, at 9:55 p.m., in Mt. Pleasant.

She was born June 28, 1910, at Salem, the daughter of Sumner and Florence White Garretson. She married Craig Wilmeth who died on Nov, 23, 1975.

Mrs. Wilmeth was a member of the St. Michael's Episcopal Church and the St. Michael's Guild. She had been a doll collector and dealer, and was a former employee of the Mt. Pleasant Public Library.

Surviving are one son, Garretson Wilmeth, Phoenix, Ariz.; one daughter, Mrs. James (Jean) Marlin, Boone, N.C.; two brothers, Keith Garretson, Mt. Pleasant, and O. Loren Garretson, Farmington, N.M.; one sister, Doris Garretson, Salem; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Her parents, one grandson and one brother, Wayne, also preceded her in death.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Episcopal Church with Father Wayne Kamm officiating. Her cremains will be interred at the Salem South Cemetery.

Friends may call as they desire Tuesday at the Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home to sign the register. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.

A memorial has been established for her church.
