Mrs. Pauline Thompson

SALEM — Mrs. Pauline Thompson, 81, Salem, died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 at the Henry County Memorial hospital.

She was born Jan. 17, 1893, in Salem, the daughter of John and Nellie Packer Collatt. She married Milo Thompson on Oct. 19, 1922, in Salem. She was a former elementary school teacher in Salem and Olds. She was a member of the Salem Congregational church, the Oak Leaf Chapter 246 OES of Salem and the Salem American Legion Auxiliary.

Surviving: The husband; two sons, Richard, Donnellson, John, Vanderhoof, British Columbia; one daughter, Eleanor Thompson, Cheyenne, Wyo.; two sisters, Maude Collatt, Burlington, Ruth McDowell, Salem; four grandchildren, one step grandchild and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Salem Congregational, Rev. Edmund Neubauer; Salem East cemetery; Beatty-Jennings funeral home in Salem is in charge.
