Lester Moul

Lester "Mike" Herron Moul, 87, of Mount Pleasant, died at 5:05 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1993, at the Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.

Born on June 11, 1906, at Williamsfield, Ill., he was the son of Ellis J. and Anna Herron Moul. He married Elsie Fye on Jan. 24, 1934, at Mount Union.

Mr. Moul was a farmer in the Pleasant Grove and Trenton areas before retiring and moving to Mount Pleasant in 1982. He was a graduate of the Pleasant Lawn High School. He was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

There will be no family visitation.

The graveside committal service for Mr. Moul will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4, 1993, at the Trinity Cemetery in Mount Union with the Rev. Lloyd Latta officiating.

Memorials have been established for the Trenton United Methodist Church and the Trinity Cemetery.

Elliott Chapel, New London, is in charge of arrangements.
