Dale Roth

MT. PLEASANT — Dale Roth, 72, Olds, died at 5:14 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, in Henry County Memorial hospital here.

Born Aug. 16, 1903, at Noble, he was the son of Henry and Fannie Drain Roth. He married Ruth Johnson, June 30, 1926, in Swedesburg. He was in the trucking business until retiring in 1968, and was a member of Wayland Mennonite church.

Surviving: The wife; son, Glen, Olds; one granddaughter; and two sisters, Olive Roth and Radia Roth, both of San Bernardino, Calif.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday, Crane-Ewart-Young funeral home, Mt. Pleasant, Rev. Delmar Carsten; Swedesburg cemetery. A memorial has been established to the American Lung Assn.
