Gertrude B. Holtcamp, 72, rural Winfield, died Monday, July 20, 1992, at her residence.

She was born March 27, 1918, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of William and Alice Harris Blackmore. On Feb. 8, 1942, in Parsons, Kan., she married Evertt "Pat" Holtcamp.

A graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School, she was a member of Winfield V.F.W. Auxiliary. She was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Janet D. Pearson, Council Bluffs, and Carol Eyerly, Carson; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Francis.

Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Forest Home Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, with Rev. Carmen Lampe officiating.

The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at Honts Funeral Home, Winfield. A general memorial fund has been established.
