Funeral services for Vale A. Dunn, 65, who died at Scottsdale Baptist Hospital in Scottsdale, Ariz., Monday morning, were held at the Crane-Ewart-Young Funeral home in Mt. Pleasant Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 2 p.m. Rev. Thomas Krause, pastor of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, officiated.
Mrs. Howard Messer was organist and Margaret Layer soloist.
Bearers were Paul Nelson, Otho Myers, Merle Yaley, Kenneth Wagner, Roy Dustman and Rodne Asby.
Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Dunn is survived by two sisters and two brothers, Carolyn Bigler of Tempe, Ariz., Mrs. Dwight (Barbara) Allen of Cedar Rapids, Richard Dunn of Tempe and George Dunn of West Point.
