Mrs Roy Honts Service Held
Had lived here for Fifteen Years
Funeral seervices for Mrs. Roy Honts were at 3:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Open Bible Church. The Rev. Max Fisk was in charge, and he was assisted by the Rev. Q. Welshons of Burlington. Burial was in Winfield Scott Cemetery.
Mrs. Honts passed away Friday at Mercy hospital at Burlington where she had been taken by ambulance last Tuesday.
Myrtle Ann Bennett, daughter of Isaac and Cynthia Bennett, was born September 26, 1903 at Richmondale, Ohio. On October 2, 1923 she was united in marriage to Roy Honts. To this union were born four children, Georgia Evelyn who preceded her mother in death; Dorothy Jean, Roy Junior and Janet Marlene, all at home. Besides these children and her husband, she has a daughter Martha Louise of Columbus , Ohio an aunt Hattie Van Gundy of California and two cousins, Grace and Nettie Graves of Ohio. Mrs Honts had lived in Winfield for 15 years.
