Pamela Horn

Pamela McCannon Horn, 56, of Holland, Mich., died Friday, Oct. 29, 2004, at her home.

Born Nov. 18, 1947, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Earl and Gloria Kerns Horn. She married Gary Rockel.

Ms. Horn was an alcohol and drug counselor.

She attended New London High School and was a graduate of Southeastern Community College in West Burlington. She was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Robert Espy of Jacksonville, Fla.; three daughters, Teri Miller of Nebraska and Tami Gaitan and Angela Drain, both of Holland; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her parents of New London; one brother, Tom Horn of Dyersville, Tenn.; one sister, Cheri Wescott of Waterloo; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. today at Elliott Chapel in New London, with the family receiving friends from 4 to 6 p.m.

Graveside services for Ms. Horn will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Elliott Chapel. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery in Mount Union.

A memorial has been established.
